The development of the Veyron 16.4 is one of the key milestones of 21st-century automotive engineering. The Bugatti Veyron Sang Noir, the moniker meaning “Black Blood,” is the latest special edition model from legendary Italian supercar builder Bugatti. Only 15 units of the Sang Noir will be produced, and Bugatti is giving United States residents first crack.
